About The Project
City Centre Almaza is located in Cairo’s upscale Heliopolis neighborhood, in Egypt.
Developed by Majid Al Futtaim, the leading shopping mall, communities, retail and leisure pioneer across the Middle East, Africa and Asia, City Centre Almaza has been opened in 2019.
City Centre Almaza is the third City Centre shopping mall in Egypt and will offer 103,000 square meters of a gross leasable area including more than 300 sought-after regional and international brands, a 13,040 sqm Carrefour Hypermarket, a state of the art 16 screen VOX Cinemas and a Magic Planet family entertainment center.
