Description:

ROCKAL Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Pipe insulation is a CFC Free rigid closed-cell, high-performance insulation for pipe, cold, cryogenic, vessel, equipment and duct applications. ROCKAL offers complete range of pipe insulation products in a selection of densities and compressive strengths. ROCKAL Polyisocyanurate-rate insulation features one of the lowest ambient k-factors among all pipe insulations of <0.023 W/m. k @ mean temperature of 10 ºC (0.159 BTU · in/hr. · ft2 · ºF at 50 ºF and can be used for the temperature range from -183 ºC to 149 ºC (-297 ºF to +300 ºF).

Application:

⦁ROCKAL Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Insulation mate-rials has many diverse applications in HVAC System, Oil,     Gas, Petrochemical, Process Plant, Cryogenic and General Insulation Industries.
⦁  It can be used for Pipe, Slab, Vessel, Tank, Equipment Insulation and Thermal Support Inserts.
⦁  The insulation are comply with factory fabrication standard of ASTM C 450 and ASTM C 585.

  • 80Kg/m3 to 500 Kg/m3 for Thermal Support Inserts.
  • Special Densities are available upon request.

Finishing:

  • Pipe Section and Slab with Reinforced Aluminum Class 1 Foil Finished, Class ‘O ‘Foil Finished, Alu-glass (Aluminized Glass Cloth) Foil Finished or Un-Faced.
  • High Density Thermal Pipe Support Inserts and High-Density Thermal Duct Support Inserts with Rein-forced Aluminum Class 1 Foil Finished, Class ‘O ‘Foil Finished, Alu-glass (Aluminized Glass Cloth) Foil Finished or Un-Faced.
  • ROCKAL Polyisocyanurate (PIR) Alu-glass Finished Insulation is easy to fit and installation cost can save because of applying canvas cloth and vapor barrier will not be required. electroplating.
  • Excellent temperature resistant and insulating material to prevent hot air from coming inside the ducts.
  • Joining fiber insulation between the internal skin and fuselage of aircraft.
