ROCK PROOF-H is a high-performance, elastomeric modified bitumen membrane reinforced with nonwoven polyester and fiberglass Filaments. It features a sand surface finish, designed for pre-applied and blind side waterproofing. Using SBS polymer technology, it ensures flexibility, durability, and protection against water infiltration, accommodating structural movements without cracking, even in extreme conditions.
•Excellent adhesion to fresh poured Concrete
•Sanded Surface Finish
•Resistant to hydrostatic Pressure
•Resistant to Sea Salty water
•Chemical resistance to wide range of light
acidic, alkaline solutions and bacteria.
– Rolls must be in an upright position on a pallet in a One-row height.
– Avoid falls or other mechanical impacts during loading and unloading of rolls
– Storage of rolls in a horizontal position is prohibited.
– Protect the rolls from direct UV-rays, any source of heat and moisture
ROCK PROOF-H Pre-applied waterproofing membranes are used for a variety of applications:
–blind side installation
– Retaining walls
– As a system or base layer for multi-layer systems
–Underground waterproofing
– The product can be applied for waterproofing foundations and engineering structures by torching, hot air, or adhesives in both cold and hot applications.
– Cleaning the substrate surface is essential until it becomes dry and smooth, removing any particles.
– Based on surface conditions, a coat of ROCKAL primer may be required before applying the membrane.
– According to the waterproofing system design, SBS products can be fully bonded, semibonded, or loose laid.
– Overlapping is essential: side laps should be 8-10 cm, and end laps 12-15 cm.
– For complete instructions, refer to the ROCKAL applicator guide.
